I paid $350 for the office visit, parvo fecal test, and 3 (pill form) meds. They proceeded to tell me it would cost at least $700-$800 to keep her there on an Iv. Finally, 4 hours later they seen my puppy and done a $80 fecal to verify she had parvo. Btw, my puppy had parvo and I could have been pushing fluids as I had been doing before I got there. I drove there and it took them almost 4 hours to see m y puppy. It was the weekend and I called ahead to let them know I had a emergency and they told me they could see her right away. im so saddened mad and confused as to why there were no staff on hand after I called ahead and was told they were able to see her.Very upset with this er. when I walked in there were about 6 to 8 staff mostly standing around they asked if I wanted to settle the bill befor they administered the chemical to put her down so seeing that she was suffering paid another 200 dollars and held my baby girl while she took her last breath. went back home and about an hour later they called and told me she had a siesure and didn't think she would make it much longer so I rushed back down and saw her befor they put her down. they were concerned about money so I gave them a 600 dollar deposit to start working on her. they ran a blood test said her liver was failing and her platlet count was lowest they had ever seen. finally I had to carry my baby inside lifeless but still breathing no one to even help me open the doors. I had called back in to them they would not even come out. with only one doctor, 2 hrs went by while my baby lie bleeding out in my car. they told us to wait in the car out back because they were understaffed. they then told me they had another dog on the table and could not see my baby for an hour. started at 3:30 am, I called ahead and explained I had an emergency! they said they were open and had time to see my baby girl. This vet is unprofessional and money grubbin. When I asked if they would sale me sub-q fluids to take home there reply was "we don't do that here". All this vet offers is Animal Cruelty! It wasn't like I hadn't already given them $350+50. She passed away in my arms, as I did not leave her side for 3 days. Sad to say my 6 month old baby girl put up a good fight for 3 days as I pushed pedialyte orally, many enemas, and even one office visit back to this ER for sub-q fluids. They sent my puppy home with a death sentence.

It's very easy to administer sub-q fluids under there skin and they have a 99% better chance of surviving. They refused to send me home with sub-q fluids knowing the main reason puppies die of parvo is dehydration. Btw, the pill form meds are pointless with a parvo puppy because the virus makes them vomit and have diarrhea which causes them to dehydrate.
